By creating an account, accessing, or using SpecsLine, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may use SpecsLine only for lawful business purposes. You may not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service, infrastructure, or data of other users.
You retain responsibility for content uploaded into the service. AI-assisted outputs are provided to support your workflows and require human review before operational use.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to your selected plan. Plan limits apply to usage metrics shown in the billing area. Cancellation can be scheduled at period end, and free-plan access may be available with reduced limits.
We aim for reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, and security changes as needed.
SpecsLine software, branding, and related materials are owned by Remoteline or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited right to use the service, not ownership of the platform itself.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Remoteline is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Unless mandatory local law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes are subject to the competent courts in Italy.
We may update these Terms over time. Continued use of the service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
